This app has very limited functionality. The AirPlay connection to the A7 is buggy often times and I wish this app has ways to fix it (or somehow provide easier software updates to the speaker).

The app will not even launch on my 6s, crashes as soon as I open it

Connection drops constantly. The wifi hub is quite close. Just a nightmare for lots of money. Just get yourself a decent Bluetooth speaker and skip thins one.

Dont buy this stereo. This app is terrible, and always ask for reset.

Downloaded to check if there is a new firmware. Cant open the app. It crashes right away. Please provide update. iPhone 6s Plus iOS 10.0.2

This app could be a lot better than it is. It took me several tries to do what should have been a relatively simple set up

It took a couple of rebooting and disconnecting everything on A7 speaker to get connected in the end. But, hard to say this app works well. Need to fix the app for .

Just lags soooooooo much that you loose interest Completely. The sound is great, but tell me about the range and connection with air play and Apple TV- just a big mess. Not worth the money as of now . B and W needs an extremely serious upgrade.

Either the app or the a5 speaker hasnt been able to keep up with iOS upgrades. I now have a large expensive brick which used to be a wireless speaker. Impossible to ever find it via airplay anymore even after constantly resetting and re-pairing.

The app is easy to use, very smart in helping troubleshoot problems. Makes me want to stick with their speakers. Ive bought other brands that were a PITA to setup.

When it stay connected and does not lag its great. Wish here was a way to update via internet??? Want to love it!!

The sound = Great! Durability = Great! Trouble Shooting =Great! In other words. If you can afford a Bowers & Wilkins get it. You wont need another speaker for a long time.

App and device. If you havent fallen for it yet, dont buy! If you have, return if you can!!

Just had the first experience with the app and I didnt mind it at all. Of course I have only just used it but I like the speaker and I enjoy the AirPlay function on multiple devices.

They said to unplug everything. They meant everything, including the power cord

Omg this handy dandy app not only sets up the wifi but can rename any Bowers and Wilkins wireless speakers in the house. I did not have to go through the setup just to change my speaker name when I rearrange the speakers from room to room. Great assistant for me.

Its worked for me in two WiFi networks.

So I was asked to update control apps and I installed it and reconnected my iPhone to A7. When I played music on A7, it automatically played the music at the max volume while my iPhone showed volume was only at 15%. I couldnt even physically turn volume down by pressing volume key on A7. The worst part? The music was so loud my 2-year-old got so frightened and didnt stop crying for 1 hour.. Go hire some good software engineers B&W !!!!
