Good UI, controls are simple as is set up, but these devices loose connection to AirPlay almost every week. I need to re-establish the AirPlay connection too often.

Application is easy to use and very intuitive. I have the A7 for 3 years now and never had issues to set it up anywhere.

Ive had the Zepplin Air for a year now, it sounds awesome. If it wasnt for that I would return it. Because it only connects 40% of the time Im really not to happy. I get a purple light saying its connected to my wifi, when I go to my controls (airplay) on my iPhone or iPad it is not there. So I try resetting and sometimes Im successful and sometimes not. Not really sure what to do at this point so since its been over a year Im stuck with it. I guess Ill keep trying.

It takes a few minutes to actually set the speaker up when introducing a new Wi-Fi line but the app takes your hand and guides you through it effortlessly.

This should be a simple, easy to use device. It is not. It drops the connection consistently and requires resetting all the time. It even drops for using the microwave at the same time as its in use. It is so aggravating we have quelled desires to throw it out into the street.

App worked first time and set everything up as designed. Great speaker

It was a good way to set up the device, I had no issues following the instructions.

Terrible speaker. Does not have Bluetooth, drops wi-fi signal constantly.

Worked well a lot easier than the previous version.

A2 Black worked great for 2 years ... now it needs to be set up every time I use it AND if I change music (album) it needs a new setup. PURPLE light flashes constantly. When it is OFF dim red light it will daily at some point start flashing yellow. I like it when it works HOWEVER think it is time to change BRANDS ... BLUETOOTH would be so very much easier.

It is indeed impossible To have A stable WIFii connection. It stop with microwave or without any reason. If they dont make a serious upgrade soon, I Will throw this speaker in The garbage AND buy another speaker from another company.

It is very easy for setup. It can establish network by only this app.

I could set the things up and keep running in less Ryan 5 minutes.

The App is awesome, easy to set up Air play from your zeppelin, this my second Zeppelin and I love it had the first one for 2.5 years and Zeppelin Air bought it today once set up listened to some great music, sound quality is awesome. Well done B&W

this app does not work on my iphone 6+ it works on my iphone 6. it cannot find my a7 even when the phone is airplaying on the a7. the only difference between the phones I can think of is that 6 does not have vpn but 6+ has a vpn. a7 also was not working well before the last firmware upgrade due to many cut offs although connected to a very good wifi setup. after the firmware upgrade a7 is working much better without interruptions and even with better sound. but still app in 6+ cannot find a7 even while 6+ is streaming music to a7?!? clear the bug and update the app please.

Nice, easy, fast, do what user expects. Simple saying: nice tool for B&W Airplay fans.
